We decided to tell you about the Lottie library that lets applications use After Effects as effortlessly as they use static images. We’ll unpack the right way to prepare your animation, explore all the nuances, and chat about how to properly export files as JSON with Bodymovin. Bodymovin is an open source library for exporting animations from After Effects into code.
For our demo, we’ll take any 3 icons and make a JSON animation as an example. If the original icon file is in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, then you’ll first have to prep it just right.
