When communication increases motivation

The challenge

Working with Wambi was a pleasure for our team. Wambi is more than just a digital platform showing information about healthcare workers or other company employees in real time. First and foremost, Wambi is communication between humans with peer-to-peer feedback that prevents medical staff and employee burnout. Research has demonstrated the downward spiral of motivation among workers. Wambi approaches feedback as fuel for personal growth and aims to create the perfect conditions for not only patients and healthcare workers, but professionals in other industries, as well.

While building the site, we really got to know the core principles of Wambi’s team and hit the spot in visually realizing just the right environment that can encourage positive feedback and the receipt of validation in real time.
